Richard Pawlak

      Richard Pawlak was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts. He attended New England School of Art in Boston and graduated from Montserrat School of Art in 1981.

Richard studied drawing and painting under Oliver Balf and Paul Scott, both students of abstract expressionist Hans Hofmann. Richard also studied under influential artists, Joseph Jeswald and George Gabin.

     Richard's paintings have been displayed in galleries on Cape Cod, Rhode Island and in the Boston area. They have won several awards. Richard and his family live in Mashpee on Cape Cod.
